Homeowners Association

Welcome to the Wellness Ridge Homeowners Association, Inc. This Homeowners' Association (HOA), a Florida non-profit corporation, controls the neighborhood we live in by virtue of a Declaration of Covenants attached to the deed of every house in Wellness Ridge. The HOA also owns/manages the "common areas" (e.g., green space), if any, and enforces the Covenants through a Board of Directors (BOD). The BOD has hired us, Icon Managmenet, to provide day-to-day management of the community.
