Kathryn "Katie" Geiman is the Community Association Manager, LCAM assigned to your community. Katie may be contacted at 239-224-1200 option 2 during the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and 8:00 am – 2:00 pm on Tuesday and Thursday. The Community Manager acts as an agent for your community association and implements the day-to-day management of your community. This includes assisting your Board with the administration of your association; implementing covenants and conditions; monitoring that residents comply with the rules and regulations; assisting with budgeting; identifying repairs, maintenance, and upgrades of shared areas and facilities; and maintaining correspondence materials such as meeting minutes and e-mails.
