NEW!! This year we have implemented a one click, electronic process for ease in submitting your proxy/ballot and for the Association to obtain quorum and voting results. The link is on the cover page of the annual notice and for your convenience, I am including it here:
Please submit your proxy/ballot as soon as possible, but no later than Friday, May 1, 2026.
This is important in helping us to establish a quorum of owners to conduct the business of the association. If you choose to attend the meeting in person and would like to vote in person, you will be able to revoke your proxy/ballot and vote in person. We are excited to implement this new efficient feature and most importantly make sure we achieve quorum.
The Annual Meeting will be held in person at Freeman Fitness Center and via Zoom for those who cannot travel to Sea Colony for the meeting. For your convenience, the zoom link is as follows:
