This includes assisting your Board with the administration of your association; implementing covenants and conditions; monitoring that residents comply with the rules and regulations; assisting with budgeting; identifying repairs, maintenance, and upgrades of shared areas and facilities; and maintaining correspondence materials such as meeting minutes and e-mails.
