Each account (with the exception of Edgewater units) has 2 portals - 1 for the phase, and 1 for the Sea Colony Recreational Association. Once logged in, manage and pay dues for each account by clicking your name in the upper-right corner and selecting "Switch Account."

NEW!! This year we have implemented a one click, electronic process for ease in submitting your proxy/ballot and for the Association to obtain quorum and voting results. The link is on the cover page of the annual notice and for your convenience, I am including it here:
Please submit your proxy/ballot as soon as possible, but no later than 5:00 PM Friday, May 15, 2026.
This is important in helping us to establish a quorum of owners to conduct the business of the association. If you choose to attend the meeting in person and would like to vote in person, you will be able to revoke your proxy/ballot and vote in person. We are excited to implement this new efficient feature and most importantly make sure we achieve quorum.
