Step 1:
Call ICON’s After-Hours Service Line at 941.747.7261, and follow instructions for non-medical, “Community/Club-Related Emergencies” (it will prompt you to Press 1).
Step 2:
Prompt will forward your call to an ICON Dispatcher who will take your name/phone number/community name/address and dispatch the emergency to the Community/Club Manager for him/her to call you back.
Step 3:
If the Manager is not available, the Service Line Operator will escalate your call to the Manager’s assigned back-up or to the Community/Club Manager’s Supervisor.
Step 4:
In addition to calling the Service Line, please feel free to email the Manager (all emails are forwarded to his/her cell phone).
