• Assisting your Board with the administration of your association
• Implementing covenants and conditions
• Monitoring compliance with rules and regulations
• Assisting with budgeting
• Identifying repairs, maintenance, and upgrades for shared areas and facilities
• Maintaining correspondence materials such as meeting minutes and emails

• All guests 16 and older must be registered in Gate Access for the specific property and dates they are visiting.
• Drivers must check in with a valid government-issued ID or Driver’s License.
• Non-drivers must present a valid State ID or Passport.
• Upon check-in, guests will receive an orange pass for access to the community and the Oasis/Retreat Clubhouses.
• Rideshare drivers (Uber, Lyft, etc.) must also present a valid Driver’s License.

• Keep the orange pass visible on the dashboard with correct stay dates.
• Ensure your barcode is placed on the outside of the rear passenger window to avoid towing.
