• Assisting your Board with the administration of your association
• Implementing covenants and conditions
• Monitoring compliance with rules and regulations
• Assisting with budgeting
• Identifying repairs, maintenance, and upgrades for shared areas and facilities
• Maintaining correspondence materials such as meeting minutes and emails

• All guests must be registered in Gate Access for the property they are visiting.
• Registered drivers must check in with the Ramco gate attendant upon arrival with a valid driver’s license.
• Non-driver guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID or passport.
• After check-in, guests will receive an orange pass for access to the Oasis Clubhouse and Retreat Clubhouse amenities.
• Photos of the orange pass are not acceptable.
• Shared rides (Uber, Lyft) must also present a valid driver’s license to enter the community.
• For Champions Club residents and guests:
• Keep the orange pass on the vehicle dashboard, facing up, with correct stay dates.
• Residents must ensure their barcode is placed on the outside of the passenger rear window.
• Failure to comply may result in towing.
