John Mullins is the Community Association Manager ("CAM") assigned to your community. The CAM may be contacted at 16910 Scuba Crest Street Wimaamuma FL 33598, 813-642-1101 and at jmullins@theiconteam.com during the hours of 9am-5pm Monday- Friday. The CAM acts as an agent for your community association adn implements the day-to-day management of your community. This includes assisting your Board with the administration of your association, implements covenants and conditions; monitoring that residents comply with the rules and regulations; assisting with budgeting; identifying repairs. maintenance, and upgades of shared areas and facilities; and maintaining correspondence materials such as meeting minutes and e-mails.
